Can you carry out the repairs at my place of work?
Yes, we do not have bodyshop facilities and carry out all repairs at your home, place of work or at a location convenient to you. All we need is access around your vehicle and a 240v electric socket. We have full motor trade and public liability cover.
Can you still perform repairs in poor weather conditions?
We are fully equipped so that we can carry out repairs during rainy or windy conditions. To maintain our high standards we may have to postpone repairs to your vehicle in the event of severe rain or snow . We will do our utmost to ensure that work is rescheduled promptly.
Are the repairs guaranteed?
Yes, all repairs are carried out to a high standard and are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 years.
How do I pay for the repair?
You can make cash and cheque payments to our repair technician, we are happy to take payments after completion of work. Sorry, we do not have credit/debit card facilities at the moment.
Can you match the colour of my specific vehicle?
Yes, we can carry out repairs on all makes and models of car, 4x4, people carriers, vans etc. Our computerised system enables us to match 99% of all known vehicle colours including solid, metallic and pearlescent paint finishes.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
All our repairs are completed the same day. The use of advanced paints and infrared drying techniques enable us to save time on repair without any compromise in quality.
Can you carry out insurance work?
Our prices are often much lower than insurance excesses so we generally do not carry out insurance work.
Can you repair structural/ major panel damage to my car?
Sorry, we specialise in small to medium sized cosmetic repairs only.
